NWI/Calvary Full Gospel is pleased to confirm that the Hotel has extended the following group rate of $87.00 per Room per Night. Hotel room rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes at time of check in. Taxes are currently 9% but are subject to change.
RESERVATION METHOD: Individuals must identify themselves as being with the group, NWI/Calvary Full Gospel, at the time the reservation is made by phone in order to receive the special group rate.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check in time is 3:00pm. For guests that arrive earlier, complimentary luggage storage will be available. Check out time is 12:00 Noon. Late checkout requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand.
CUT OFF DATE
All group rates and room blocks are guaranteed for reservations made on or before April 4, 2012. Any reservations made after this date are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed at the negotiated rate.
